For stays between January 1 and June 30:
The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
After these 30 days, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be forfeited.
For stays between July 1 and August 31:
The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 60 days before the arrival date.
After these 60 days, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be forfeited.
For stays between September 1 and December 31:
The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
After these 30 days, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be forfeited.
In none of the cases will there be a refund if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before completing their stay.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics, without reimbursement by either party.
If the bank transfer is not completed within the courtesy period granted, the accommodation will automatically cancel the reservation. Future reservations made by the same client may also be cancelled.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPD”), we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company’s files in order to provide and offer our services. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding your personal data. The company itself is responsible for the data file.

Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to make reservations on this website.
Any refund in accordance with the cancellation policy will always be made using the same payment method used for the charge.
Check-ins are carried out in person. One week before arrival, we will contact the reservation holder to arrange the arrival time at the accommodation. The check-in will be completed on-site, the property will be explained, and the keys will be handed over.
The transaction currency is always euros (€).
Reservation and property:
The rental agreement is between the guest and the property owner. Win to Win Rentals acts solely as an intermediary.
Accommodations may have decorative modifications (never functional changes) that may not have been updated in the listing photographs (e.g., cushions, duvet covers, etc.).
Minors under 18 cannot make reservations.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Guests pay a cleaning supplement; however, this does not exempt them from maintaining the property in perfect condition. Trash must be disposed of daily in nearby containers, and dishes and cutlery used must be washed. The apartment must be left in the best possible condition.
Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a €250 penalty for extra cleaning.
The listing will specify whether pets are allowed. If permitted, prior authorization must be obtained from the intermediary. The guest is responsible for their pet’s behavior, cleanliness, and any damage caused.
Behavior and conduct:
Parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without compensation. Quiet hours must be respected from 22:00 to 08:00.
Guests must respect and comply with the building’s community rules.
If more people occupy the property than reserved, this must be communicated in advance to Win to Win Rentals. A supplement may be added. If unauthorized occupants are detected, eviction may occur without compensation.
The client must pay for any damage caused to the property or common areas.
Registration with the Ministry of the Interior, National Police or Civil Guard:
At check-in or online beforehand, guests over 14 years old must provide their ID or passport details for submission to Spanish authorities.
Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in is generally from 16:00 to 23:00.
If additional cleaning time is required, entry may be slightly delayed.
Reservations after 00:00 incur a €50 supplement payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and may incur supplements.
Towels and bed linen:
For stays under 7 days, beds are prepared with fitted sheet and duvet cover. Guests receive one large towel per person and one hand towel per bathroom. Apartments include washing machines; some have dryers or drying racks. Additional linen may be requested at an extra charge.
For stays over 7 days, guests receive an additional linen pack.
Towels and bed linen are for indoor use only.
All linen is counted before and after the stay and must be returned upon departure.
