General Conditions WIN TO WIN RENTALS S.L. (B93641132):
For stays between January 1 to March 25:
• The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• After those 7 days or if you do not show up, you will lose the total amount of the reservation.
For stays between March 26 and June 15:
• The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 31 days before the arrival date.
• After those 31 days or if you do not show up, you will lose the total amount of the reservation.
For stays between June 16 and September 31:
• The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 62 days before the arrival date.
• After those 62 days or if you do not show up, you will lose the total amount of the reservation.
For stays between October 1 and December 31:
• The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 31 days before the arrival date.
• After those 31 days or if you do not show up, you will lose the total amount of the reservation.
In none of the cases will there be a refund if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before completing their stay.
In the event that, for unforeseen causes and not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the company will make available to the client another accommodation of the same or superior characteristics without reimbursement by any of the parties.
If the courtesy time for making the bank transfer has passed, it has not been made. The accommodation will automatically cancel the reservation. Also being able to cancel future reservations that the client himself has made.
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data ("LPD") we inform you that, by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the Company files, in order to be able to provide and offer our services. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, with the company itself being responsible for the file.

The products we offer are in accordance with the information provided in each particular accommodation.
Those under 18 years of age, being minors, will not be able to book accommodation on this website.
In case of having to make a return or refund in accordance with the cancellation policy explained above, it will always be done by the same means by which it was charged.

Delivery policy.
Deliveries are in person, a week before we will contact the owner of the reservation to agree on an arrival time at the accommodation. There the check-in will be done, the accommodation will be explained and the keys will be handed over.
The transaction currency will always be in euros €.

1. Reserve and housing:
1. The rental of the apartment is made between the guest and the owner of the accommodation. Win to win Rentals, is an intermediary between said parties.
2. The accommodations may have modifications in decoration (never in functional aspects) that have not been able to be updated in the photographs of the advertisement. Example: change of cushions, quilt among others.

2. Cleaning and maintenance of the house:
1. Guests pay a cleaning supplement, but this does not exempt the guest from taking care of and maintaining the accommodation in perfect condition, depositing the garbage daily in the specific containers near the house and washing the dishes and cutlery they use, having to leave the apartment in the best possible conditions.
2. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. If you do not comply with this rule, you will be required a penalty of € 250, for extra cleaning.
3. The accommodation booked will specify whether or not it is allowed to bring pets. If it is allowed, you must always notify the intermediary in advance and he must give you his authorization, you will also be responsible for the behavior of your pet, the dirt and damage that it could generate.

3. Behavior and conduct:
1. It is totally forbidden to hold parties in the accommodation, being this reason for expulsion from the house without any right to compensation to the guest, in the same way that he is reminded that he must respect the silence hours from 22:00 to 08:00 .
2. Likewise, the guest agrees to respect and comply with the rules of the community of neighbors of the accommodation that he has reserved.
3. In the event that the house is occupied by more people than those reserved, it must be communicated in advance to Win to Win Rentals, and this may add a supplement to the amount of your reservation. If a higher number of occupants is detected than is strictly allowed. The guest may be expelled without any consideration.
4. The client will have to pay for any damage caused to the home or its common areas.
4. Registration in the NATIONAL POLICE or CIVIL GUARD.
1. At the time of check-in or previously online, guests over 16 years of age must provide the data of their identity document or passport to Win to Win Rentals S.L. for the realization of the part of travelers and its delivery to the State Security Forces.
5. Check-in and check-out times:
1. As a general rule, check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. In the event that the home requires more cleaning time, the check-in time may slightly delay you.
3. We take care of reservations after 22:00 hours with a supplement of € 25 upon payment upon arrival.
4. The departure time is at the latest at 12:00 noon.
5. If there is availability of the house and cleaning staff, the hours may be more flexible, and supplements may be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
6. Towels and bedding.
1. For reservations of less than 7 days, we leave the beds dressed with a fitted sheet and duvet cover, in addition, guests receive a large towel per person and a hand towel per bathroom. In case you need to wash them, all the apartments have a washing machine and some have a dryer and other clotheslines. In case you need more towels or bedding, you can consult our list of supplements.
2. For reservations of more than 7 days, guests receive an additional pack.
3. Both towels and bedding are for exclusive use inside the house.
4. Both towels and bedding are counted before the apartment is delivered and must be the same at the time of the client's departure.
