Description
One of its great attractions is its spacious terrace with side views of the sea, perfect for having breakfast in the open air, enjoying a family meal or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The apartment has capacity for up to 4 guests and features a comfortable and functional layout. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with fans, as well as a full bathroom with shower.
The living-dining room is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable seating area and space to share meals. Next to it you will find a fully equipped American kitchen, with oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and small appliances so you can prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners during your stay.
To guarantee maximum comfort throughout the year, the accommodation has air conditioning and heating in the living-dining room. It also has high-speed WiFi and parking available, so you can enjoy your holiday with greater comfort.
During the summer season, guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool of the building, a perfect option to cool off without needing to leave the accommodation. In 2026, the pool will be open from 15 May to 30 September.
CHECK-IN
A few days before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in.
Our usual check-in time is from 16:00 to 23:00. If you plan to arrive later, we can still welcome you, although a late check-in supplement will apply, which must be paid in cash to the agent in charge of key delivery:
- From 00:00 to 03:00: €50
- From 03:00 onwards: €75
To make your arrival as comfortable and quick as possible, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time.
