The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. It also has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The spacious living room offers a comfortable modular sofa bed consisting of independent modules with high-density padded mattresses that easily transform into an additional single bed. It is a modern, practical, and stable modular futon-style system. The dwelling has capacity for up to 5 people, offering space and comfort for everyone.

One of the great attractions of the apartment is its spacious glazed terrace with a Lumon system, which allows you to completely open or close the space depending on the time of year, enjoying spectacular views of Puerto Marina and the Ferris wheel in any season. It is equipped with a dining table and outdoor furniture to sit comfortably, which allows you to enjoy breakfasts facing the sea, family meals or dinners at sunset with the illuminated port as a backdrop, with total comfort and protection from the wind. In addition, the terrace has its own Smart TV, perfect for enjoying a movie or a sporting event while contemplating the views.

Another of its great attractions is the spectacular communal swimming pool located on the building's roof, open all year round and recently renovated so that you can enjoy it to the fullest.
