These 59m2 of apartment have been completely renovated and you can enjoy a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed with capacity for two adults to sleep comfortably, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a very well-equipped kitchen, for those days when you feel like eating at home.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has WIFI Internet, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol with your loved ones, video chat or log into your Netflix account on our SmartTv.

In Málaga centre, it is practically impossible to find street parking, but that is not a problem, we have a private parking space with easy access exclusively for you and free of charge!
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard check-in time is from 4:00 pm until 00:00h (midnight). If your arrival is later than this time, please consult with us!

Welcome to this luminous and beautiful apartment, renovated in 2025, located in the heart of Málaga's historic centre: a privileged location to discover on foot the main cultural, gastronomic and tourist attractions of the capital of the Costa del Sol.
Designed with family comfort in mind, this accommodation stands out for its functional layout and for offering the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay.
The apartment has two independent bedrooms:
- One with a wide double marriage bed of 160 cm,
- And another with two single beds of 90 cm.
Both bedrooms have windows overlooking an interior courtyard without access, which ensures a peaceful environment.
It has a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: it has independent fridge and freezer, mini oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware.
In the room, they will enjoy a very bright space thanks to its large door-window, and at the same time quiet, less than 50 metres from the typical Plaza de la Merced.
Moreover, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron are included, as well as bed linen and towels of quality, treated in industrial laundry for optimal hygiene and freshness.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms and the living room, and has a 5G WIFI connection, which ensures the best coverage throughout your stay.
The maximum capacity of this accommodation is 4 people. Entry of persons not registered at the time of booking is absolutely prohibited. Failure to comply with the establishment's rules could result in the immediate expulsion of all guests, without right to compensation. Apartament is in a very good location not far from historical center of Malaga (up to 7-10 min. by walk). It was clean and fresh, it also has a balcony and that is an advantage. There are no bars and clubs underneath. Carlos (staff) was very very kinsee more

The apartment is well located near the Old Town of Malaga, has a lovely balcony (great for sunbathing in the afternoon when the sun is shining on it), plus a well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom and bedroom. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
