It features a superb living room, carefully decorated, which includes a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed, allowing accommodation for up to 5 people. The decoration is modern and cosy, with attention to details that guarantee guest comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, and microwave. Additionally, it has a coffee maker and a wide selection of utensils and small appliances to make breakfast and meal preparation an easy and pleasant task.
The two bedrooms are bright and cosy. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The shower bathroom is comfortable and spacious. It is, without a doubt, an ideal apartment for couples, small groups of friends, or families with children.
The apartment is equipped with two Smart TVs (one in the living room and another in the main bedroom) and has high-speed WiFi, perfect for enjoying movies, sharing photos, or staying connected with family or friends. Additionally, the accommodation has a private parking space located in the building's ground floor, with easy access. Currently, the parking door can only be opened manually, with a key, which requires a minimum of force to open it.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If you arrive after midnight, we can receive you without problem, although we apply a small supplement for late check-in, which will be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:

Welcome to our magnificent apartment located in the heart of Málaga!!! This charming space located on a second floor with a lift has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind during your stay in the City of the Sun. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), as well as a spacious and bright living room with an American kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, fridge, induction hob, washing machine and a recently renovated full bathroom with shower. And also for entertainment and relaxation, it has a Smart TV and two spacious sofas, one of which is convertible into a bed.
The apartment has been recently renovated, and is ideal for spending a few days in the city enjoying its cultural and gastronomic richness, and for those who need to telework. The furniture has been carefully selected to offer you a cosy atmosphere with modern touches, in multiple colours and with a very personal style.

The location is excellent—right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet, which made it very relaxing. It’s also very convenient, with a grocery store and local market just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spotless, with comfortable beds and see more

The apartment itself was spotless, with comfortable beds and a stylish, well-thought-out design. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to feel at home. A big plus is the garage in the building—it’s incredibly convenient, especially if you’re traveling by car. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
