One of its great attractions is its pleasant private patio with lawn, an intimate and sunny space ideal for breakfast outdoors, relaxing after a day of tourism or enjoying a quiet dinner. The apartment combines functionality and warmth, offering a cosy atmosphere for both romantic getaways and longer stays.
The location is excellent: just 300 metres from the Elvira Arch, 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral, 15 minutes from San Nicolás Viewpoint and about 25 minutes walking from the Alhambra. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés and shops, but in a quiet area at night. The building has a lift and autonomous arrival via keyboard lock. Very well connected by public transport and with nearby car parks such as Triunfo or San Cristóbal. An ideal accommodation to discover Granada comfortably and at your own pace.
