It has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), a full bathroom and a fully equipped living room-kitchen with air conditioning, WiFi and a comfortable area for teleworking.

The great value of the apartment is its pleasant private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfasts in the sun or outdoor dinners with views of the charming Andalusian courtyard of the building, a quiet and very photogenic space. The building has a lift, autonomous arrival via keyboard lock and the possibility of a cot, which makes it ideal for both romantic getaways and family stays.

The location is unbeatable: just 300 metres from the Arco de Elvira, 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral, 15 minutes from the San Nicolás Viewpoint and about 25–30 minutes walking from the Alhambra. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés and shops, but in a quiet area at night. Excellent internet connection, good public transport communication and nearby car parks such as Triunfo or San Cristóbal. It is important to bear in mind that, to access the apartment, it is necessary to climb two flights of stairs immediately upon entering the entrance hall to reach the courtyard. For this reason, the apartment is not adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

All studies and apartments come with complete kitchen utensils, microwave, refrigerator (fridge only), induction hob, and extractor hood, so you can cook during your stay and feel at home.

Apart from a comfortable bed, they also have a spacious double sofa bed of 1.40*2 metres, suitable for even two adults to sleep in, the size of the beds and their distribution may vary depending on the apartment or studio, you can get better information inside the room you select, all have sofa beds except apartment 3. This apartment you are looking at now has a double bed of 1.50*2m plus a double sofa bed.

All studies and apartments have a private bathroom with a shower accessible from inside the room, likewise we equip the bathrooms with gel and shampoo from the prestigious Rituals brand, welcome toilet paper kit, hairdryer, and you will have a hand towel and a body towel per person. Also, in the common areas you will have free access to a washing machine and a dryer.

The air conditioning system is centralised and adapts according to the season, heating for the coldest months and air conditioning for the hottest months, likewise, all of them have an advanced air regeneration system, so that your apartment or studio is always well ventilated.

All studies and apartments have a Smart TV and high-speed WIFI, perfect for enjoying movies, sharing photos or staying connected with family and friends. You can watch Spanish public television and if you have a Netflix, HBO or Prime Video account, you can log in with your user during your stay.

Access to the studies and apartments is very simple, we have an electronic keyboard with a smart lock where you will be given a personal code exclusively valid during your stay.

If you are thinking of coming by car to enjoy this beautiful city, we do not have parking, but it is very easy to park, as only 500 metres from the accommodation (7 minutes walking according to Google Maps) is the 24-hour Public Parking Telpark el Violón and from its free Telpark application downloadable from the Play Store (Android) or from the App Store (iOS) you can book in advance the specific days you want to use the parking, pay the corresponding amount and when you arrive, just with the vehicle's licence plate reader, you can enter and exit as many times as you want, it is easy, fast and at the best price.
