Located in the quiet area of Cala del Moral, this tourist accommodation offers the perfect balance between comfort and location. With two bedrooms and capacity for five people, it is ideal for families or groups who wish to enjoy a relaxed stay near the sea. The property features air conditioning and heating in both the living room and the hallway leading to the bedrooms, which ensures a pleasant environment throughout the year. Additionally, we offer an underground parking space always available for our guests.
The house is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, perfect for those who want to enjoy the sun and sea at any time of the day. Moreover, its proximity to Rincón de la Victoria Shopping Centre makes it ideal for those who value the convenience of having shops, restaurants, and services nearby. Whether for a short or longer stay, the location allows you to enjoy both the natural environment and urban amenities.
The apartment's interior is carefully designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay, with a spacious living room where guests can rest after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
Furthermore, it offers free Wi-Fi, ideal for those who need to work or simply stay connected. Independent, well-equipped kitchen, as well as two bathrooms, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and another bathroom with a shower.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If your arrival is expected after midnight, we can receive you without any issues. However, we apply a late check-in supplement, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:

🌙 From 03:00 onwards: €75
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance whether your arrival will be within or outside the established hours.

Me encantó el apartamento, sobretodo su ubicación, cerca de la playa y muy bien conectado para ir en coche. Cala del Moral es nuestro destino favorito y este apartamento cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas.
