Dear future guest, we welcome you to this wonderful apartment located on Calle Malasaña, in Málaga Capital, managed by Win to Win Rentals.
This great two-person attic dedicated to tourist and short-stay rental located in the centre of Málaga offers 2 bedrooms with a comfortable double bed of size 160*200, and also has two full bathrooms with shower. Inside, you can find a tastefully decorated space focused on the tourist who wants to enjoy the cultural and gastronomic offerings of the Costa del Sol capital and its pleasant climate with mild temperatures throughout the year.
Its spacious living room features a sofa and Smart TV, as well as an excellent dining table and a fully equipped American kitchen with basic cooking utensils.
Finally, the highlight of this accommodation is both its balcony with access from the living room and its large solarium terrace on the roof, where you will find a wide sofa and sunbeds for sunbathing.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of Málaga Centre with your loved ones, telework, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online game.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If you arrive after midnight, we can receive you without problem, although we apply a small supplement for late check-in, which will be paid in cash to the agent who delivers the keys:

It features a double bed, sofa and open-plan kitchen and a fully equipped private and independent bathroom. It has a washing machine, hair dryer, clothes iron, clothesline, air conditioning/heating, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, refrigerator and all types of kitchen utensils.
Located in the Central District, next to one of the city's most popular historic markets, the Salamanca Market, with its beautiful monumental facade. You can walk to all museums, monuments, and main streets in the centre. It also has nearby supermarkets, neighbourhood shops, local bars and restaurants. The location was great for us, being a 10-minute walk to the center. I preferred out of the center due to the noise issues. The rooftop was also nice. Hope to visit again!
