Cosy and beautiful apartment located just a few kilometres from the centre of Málaga, a short 5-minute walk from the Misericordia beach and an excellent area with shops, pharmacy, local market and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy offered by the Costa del Sol. It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to go to the historic centre in just a few minutes as well as to other peripheral areas of the city. The airport is just 10 minutes by car and the bus and train station are only 1.5km away, and several transport lines pass just metres from the accommodation.
This apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated with good taste, carefully detailing various aspects that will make your stay a pleasant time. It has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful recently renovated bathroom with shower. Additionally, in the living room there is a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can stay in the apartment, making it an ideal place for couples or small groups of friends. Its wonderful terrace and large window provide plenty of light, and Málaga's good weather will allow you to enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the sun or some reading outdoors.
The building also has a common laundry area on the ground floor, equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing area, exclusively for our guests.
Considering the importance of being well connected to the Internet today, the apartment has a fibre optic WIFI connection, facilitating teleworking or Internet use for enjoyment from any device or using its fabulous SmartTV.

Stunning apartment in the historic centre of Málaga, a stone's throw from all cultural and gastronomic points of interest, being perfect for all those who want to spend a few days discovering the beautiful destination of the capital of the Costa del Sol.
Both the accommodation and its building have been very recently renovated, giving it an avant-garde touch while respecting the idiosyncrasy of the Malaga city.
Our home has 2 independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped American kitchen and a living room with views of the square. With your booking, we provide towels and bed linen well cared for and cleaned by industrial laundry, and the accommodation also has a washing machine, clothesline and iron.
Its furniture is completely new, decorated with sweetness and delicacy, seeking the comfort and well-being of the guest, also giving it a touch of freshness and modernity.
