Great apartment, beautiful and cozy located a few km from the center of Malaga, just a short walk from the beach and a wonderful area full of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the gastronomy that the Costa del Sol offers. It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to go both to the historic center in a few minutes and to other peripheral areas of the city. The bus and train station are only 1.5 km away and several lines pass a few meters from the accommodation.
This apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated in soft tones, in a natural and relaxed style, paying attention to detail to various aspects that will make your stay a pleasant time. It has air conditioning and heating, fully equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a room with a double bed with access to the terrace and a nice recently renovated bathroom with shower. Also in the living room there is a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can stay in the apartment, being an ideal place for couples or small groups of friends. Its wonderful terrace and its large window provide a lot of light and the good climate of Malaga will allow you to enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the sun or some reading time in the open air.
The building also has an exclusive laundry area for our guests equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing area.
Taking into account the importance of being well connected to the Internet today, the apartment has a WIFI connection by fiber optic facilitating teleworking or using the Internet to enjoy from any device or making use of its fabulous SmartTV.
