It is an area with excellent bus and metro connections that allow you to go to the historic centre in just a few minutes as well as to other peripheral areas of the city. The airport is just 10 minutes by car and the bus and train station are only 1.5km away, and several transport lines pass just metres from the accommodation.
This apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated with good taste, carefully detailing various aspects that will make your stay a pleasant time. It has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, water kettle, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful recently renovated bathroom with shower. Additionally, in the living room there is a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can be accommodated in the apartment, making it an ideal place for couples or small groups of friends. The building also has a laundry area exclusively for our guests, equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing area. Its wonderful terrace and large window provide plenty of light, and Málaga's good weather will allow you to enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the sun or some reading outdoors.
Taking into account the importance of being well connected to the Internet today, the apartment has a fibre optic WIFI connection, facilitating teleworking or Internet use for enjoyment from any device or using its fabulous SmartTV.

This charming recently renovated and fully equipped apartment, located in the centre of Málaga, tastefully decorated with quality finishes, has everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A perfect option for couples or small groups of friends who wish to discover Málaga centre without the need to use a car.
It features a wonderful living room, carefully decorated, which includes a dining area, a small kitchen equipped with an induction hob for cooking, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as cooking utensils and crockery for 4 people.
Regarding bed distribution, we have a double bed and a spacious and comfortable sofa bed. On the other hand, the studio has a private bathroom with shower in which we include a hairdryer. All facilities are private except the washer/dryer, which is located in the common areas, in a space designated for this purpose and shared with other guests.
Additionally, it is equipped with Smart TV and high-speed WiFi, perfect for enjoying movies, sharing photos or staying connected with family or friends.
