Enjoy a pleasant holiday in this beautiful apartment in Málaga Capital, just a few minutes from the beach, with swimming pool and parking. It has all kinds of comforts and details, although its private terrace makes it an ideal place to discover this fantastic municipality on the Costa del Sol or visit other nearby places of interest.
It has a bright living room with Smart TV and access to the terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, dishwasher, ceramic induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, mixer and coffee maker. Its rooms are tastefully decorated, two of them have a double bed and another with two single beds. We also have an iron and a clothesline.
The terrace/backyard is for the exclusive use of guests and is accessed through the living room. Without a doubt a perfect place to unwind reading a book or having a coffee in peace.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fiber optics, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol with your loved ones.
The apartment is located in a building within an urbanization and has access to various services and community areas such as a swimming pool (only open in the summer season), tennis/paddle tennis courts that can be rented/reserved, a playground for the younger ones to enjoy. small and underground parking where you can park your car safely and directly access the building via the elevator.
As for the neighborhood, it is located in a privileged residential area of Malaga, with wide and quiet streets but also with local shops and restaurants nearby, a large supermarket and a hospital. Completely free parking on the street and good public transport communications, both bus, metro and taxi rank. You can also walk to the beach, taking a quiet walk.
