The apartment, recently renovated with an elegant touch, has three carefully designed bedrooms, ideal for family groups or friends. The main suite features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. The other two bedrooms offer a double bed and two single beds. Additionally, you have a second bathroom for greater convenience.
The American kitchen, open to the spacious living-dining room, is fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils and small appliances. Moreover, we have air conditioning and heating via heat pump to adapt to all seasons, and in terms of technology, you can enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or stay connected to the network with high-quality wifi.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard check-in hours are from 4:00 pm until 00:00h (midnight). If your arrival is later than this time, please consult with us!

Enjoy a pleasant holiday in this beautiful apartment in Málaga Capital, just minutes from the beach, with swimming pool and parking. It has all kinds of amenities and details, although its private terrace makes it an ideal place to discover this fantastic municipality of the Costa del Sol or visit other nearby places of interest.
It has a bright living room with a Smart TV and access to the terrace, fully equipped independent kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, mixer and coffee maker. Its rooms are tastefully decorated, two of them have a double bed and another with two single beds. In addition, we have an iron and clothesline for clothes.
The terrace/backyard is for exclusive use by guests and can be accessed through the living room. Undoubtedly a perfect place to disconnect by reading a book or enjoying a coffee in peace.

Regarding the neighbourhood, it is located in a privileged residential area of Málaga, with wide and quiet streets but also with local shops and nearby restaurants, large supermarket and hospital. Free parking on the street and good public transport connections, including bus, metro and taxi stop. Additionally, you can walk to the beach, taking a peaceful stroll.
