Recently renovated and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is undoubtedly a gem in the middle of the city, with the possibility of parking the car in public car parks located on the same street (Check rates directly with parking). Also, facing an interior courtyard with plenty of light, it has no traffic or nearby bar noise, so if you are looking for rest and relaxation without the hustle and bustle of the city centre, this apartment is your best choice.

It has a wonderful living room, carefully decorated, which includes a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed, allowing accommodation for up to 5 people. The decoration is modern and cosy, with attention to details that guarantee a homely experience for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, including dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave. Additionally, it has a coffee maker and a wide selection of utensils and small appliances to make breakfast and meal preparation an easy and pleasant task. A well-organized pantry area and a laundry cupboard with a newly installed washing machine.

The two bedrooms are bright and cosy. The main bedroom has a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. The shower bathroom is also completely renovated.

For your entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a large Smart TV and high-speed WiFi, perfect for enjoying movies or staying connected during your stay.

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 16:00 to 23:00.

If you arrive after midnight, we can receive you without problem, although we apply a small supplement for late check-in, which will be paid in cash to the agent who delivers the keys:

Welcome to our magnificent apartment located in the heart of Málaga!!! This charming space located on a second floor with a lift has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind during your stay in the City of the Sun. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), as well as a spacious and bright living room with an American kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, fridge, induction hob, washing machine and a recently renovated full bathroom with shower. And also for entertainment and relaxation, it has a Smart TV and two spacious sofas, one of which is convertible into a bed.

The apartment has been recently renovated, and is ideal for spending a few days in the city enjoying its cultural and gastronomic richness, and for those who need to telework. The furniture has been carefully selected to offer you a cosy atmosphere with modern touches, in multiple colours and with a very personal style.

With your booking, we provide towels and bed linen cleaned by an industrial laundry. Additionally, the accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, and iron for your convenience.

Located in the historic Historic Centre neighbourhood, this apartment allows you to immerse yourself in the charm of Málaga's old town. Surrounded by museums, monuments, restaurants and bars, you will have a wide range of daytime and nighttime leisure activities at your disposal. From the Lagunillas neighbourhood, where the apartment is located, you can easily access a wide variety of services such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies.
