Our accommodation is designed with style and elegance, completely renovated to make your city visit a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The flat has a bedroom with a new and comfortable double bed, with access to a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The living room is tastefully decorated, with a chair for teleworking and a television with Spanish public aerial signal, and a double sofa bed allowing this accommodation to host up to a maximum of 4 people.
Additionally, it has an independent kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, water kettle, and electric coffee maker.
The accommodation has an electronic lock, which will allow you to arrive at any time without waiting, going directly to the apartment.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol, download a movie, or video chat.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM until 00:00h (midnight). If your arrival is after this time, please consult with us!

Modern and cosy apartment very close to the centre of Málaga, a short 5-minute walk from the Misericordia beach and an excellent area with shops, pharmacy, local market and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy offered by the Costa del Sol. It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to go to the historic centre in just a few minutes as well as to other peripheral areas of the city. The airport is just 10 minutes by car and the bus and train station are only 1.5km away, and several transport lines pass just metres from the accommodation.
This apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated in a New York style, carefully detailing various aspects that will make your stay a pleasant time. It has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful recently renovated bathroom with shower. Additionally, in the living room there is a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can be accommodated in the apartment, making it an ideal place for couples or small groups of friends. Its wonderful terrace provides lots of light and Málaga's good weather will allow you to enjoy a good breakfast or lunch outdoors.
The building also has a laundry area exclusively for our guests, equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing area.
Considering the importance of being well connected to the Internet today, the apartment has a fibre optic WIFI connection, facilitating teleworking or Internet use for enjoyment from any device or using its fabulous SmartTV.
