Stunning apartment in the historic centre of Málaga, a stone's throw from all cultural and gastronomic points of interest, being perfect for all those who want to spend a few days discovering the beautiful destination of the capital of the Costa del Sol.
Both the accommodation and its building have been very recently renovated, giving it an avant-garde touch while respecting the idiosyncrasy of the Malaga city.
Our home has 2 independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped American kitchen and a living room with views of the square. With your booking, we provide towels and bed linen well cared for and cleaned by industrial laundry, and the accommodation also has a washing machine, clothesline and iron.
Its furniture is completely new, decorated with sweetness and delicacy, seeking the comfort and well-being of the guest, also giving it a touch of freshness and modernity.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optics, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of Málaga Centro, telework, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.
Regarding the accommodation's air conditioning, it is entirely equipped with aerothermal technology that ensures an appropriate temperature in the home both in winter and summer.

En general todo! Fuimos 4 noches con un bebé de 6 meses y todo genial! El apartamento es pequeñito pero con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Ofrecen útiles de aseo, toallas, en la cocina tiene lo necesario, una olla, sartenes, cubiertos, hervisee more

Ofrecen útiles de aseo, toallas, en la cocina tiene lo necesario, una olla, sartenes, cubiertos, hervidor eléctrico(muy importante si se va con bebés), vasos, platos... Microondas, lavadora, tendedero... La habitación es una cama matrimonio muy cómoda, no como otros sitios que dormir te dejas la espalda. Si avisas que vas con bebé te ofrecen cuna de viaje y alguna cosa más para el bebé. La ubicación es genial, esta a un paso de todo, de restaurantes, zona tapeo, 10-15 min y del puerto un poco más pero todo accesible. Ofrecen parking gratis pero el coche no puede ser grande. Nosotros llevamos un Skoda spaceback con Baca y no entraba, el dueño muy amable nos indicó un parking cercano pero la verdad no nos hizo falta, en las inmediaciones si das un par de vueltas se encuentra aparcamiento gratuito, nosotros movimos el coche dos veces y al volver en un par de vueltas encontramos parking al lado. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro en este apartamento! Estuvimos encantados!

En general todo bien pero poner algo, hay mucho ruido en la calle de coches, da contra unas escaleras de calle pero la carretera esta casi enfrente y se oye mucho, pero nada que impida dormir. En general todo perfecto!
