Welcome to our beautiful newly built apartment, bright and modern, located just a few minutes from the centre of Málaga, ideal for 2 or 4 people, couples or small groups of friends looking for comfort and proximity to the main tourist spots in the city.
The apartment is divided into two floors, with a current and practical design. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, fridge, two-burner induction hob, and the basic kitchen utensils you will need during your stay. Additionally, it has small appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster so you can enjoy a comfortable breakfast at home. Also on the ground floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed.
On the second floor is the other bedroom, with two single beds together, which also has a work area equipped with a desk, ideal for those who need a space to work or study. On this floor, you will also find access to the shared terrace with other people in the building, but undoubtedly a charming place to enjoy Málaga's climate.
It is important to mention that access to the second floor is through a narrow and steep staircase, as shown in the photos, which makes it impractical for people with reduced mobility or small children. We want you to keep this information in mind before making your reservation.
However, the ground floor is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, which makes the apartment also an excellent option for those who prefer not to use the upper floor.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard check-in hours are from 4:00 pm until 00:00h (midnight). If your arrival is after this time, consult with us!

Regarding the air conditioning of the accommodation, it fully features the novelty of aerothermal technology that ensures there is always an appropriate temperature in the dwelling both in winter and summer.

Ideal apartment for those who wish to visit Málaga, whether with family, as a couple, or with friends. Its fabulous location allows you to walk to the city's historic centre and is away from the entertainment areas of the centre.
These 59m2 of apartment have been completely renovated and you can enjoy a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed with capacity for two adults to sleep comfortably, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a very well-equipped kitchen, for those days when you feel like eating at home.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has WIFI Internet, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol with your loved ones, video chat or log into your Netflix account on our SmartTv.

Wonderful terrace! Although it’s shared, we didn’t see anyone else using it, so we had it all to ourselves!
The best part of the apartment is definitely how modern and well-located it is—even without a car, getting around was easy.
