Located in a very complete neighbourhood, with supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies, different local shops and good public transport connections to visit various points of the city, just over 1 km from Calle Larios and Plaza de la Merced, so you can walk to different tourist spots in the city for a pleasant stroll.
Regarding its facilities, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a recently renovated bathroom, an American kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils, a living room with a double sofa bed, so up to 4 people can stay. Additionally, the apartment has Smart TV, air conditioning, heating and a good WIFI connection that allows you to stay connected at all times and telework without problem.

Modern and cosy apartment very close to the centre of Málaga, a short 5-minute walk from the Misericordia beach and an excellent area with shops, pharmacy, local market and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy offered by the Costa del Sol. It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to go to the historic centre in just a few minutes as well as to other peripheral areas of the city. The airport is just 10 minutes by car and the bus and train station are only 1.5km away, and several transport lines pass just metres from the accommodation.
This apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated in a New York style, carefully detailing various aspects that will make your stay a pleasant time. It has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful recently renovated bathroom with shower. Additionally, in the living room there is a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can be accommodated in the apartment, making it an ideal place for couples or small groups of friends. Its wonderful terrace provides lots of light and Málaga's good weather will allow you to enjoy a good breakfast or lunch outdoors.
