Cosy apartment for 4 people, completely renovated and located in the centre of Málaga, is a perfect option for couples, families with children or small groups of friends who wish to discover Málaga centre without the need to use a car. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
It features a fantastic living room with Smart TV, connected to a dining area and a small fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as cooking utensils and a complete set of crockery. But undoubtedly, we highlight its small but pleasant interior terrace, accessible from the bedroom, which will allow you to enjoy fresh air while having a coffee or reading a book in tranquillity.
Regarding bed distribution, the apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious and comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, a private bathroom with shower that includes a hairdryer. All facilities are private except the washing machine, which is located in the common areas, in a space designated for this purpose and shared with other guests.
The apartment has air conditioning/heating and high-speed WiFi, perfect for enjoying movies, sharing photos or staying connected with family or friends.

Modern and cosy apartment very close to the centre of Málaga, a short 5-minute walk from the Misericordia beach and an excellent area with shops, pharmacy, local market and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy offered by the Costa del Sol. It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to go to the historic centre in just a few minutes as well as to other peripheral areas of the city. The airport is just 10 minutes by car and the bus and train station are only 1.5km away, and several transport lines pass just metres from the accommodation. This apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated in a New York style, carefully detailing various aspects that will make your stay a pleasant time. It has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful recently renovated bathroom with shower. Additionally, in the living room there is a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can be accommodated in the apartment, making it an ideal place for couples or small groups of friends. Its wonderful terrace provides lots of light and Málaga's good weather will allow you to enjoy a good breakfast or lunch outdoors.
