Wonderful apartment located in a very well-situated area near the sea, just 5 minutes from the Antonio Banderas Promenade, ideal for enjoying fantastic holidays with family or friends, taking advantage of the tranquility and convenience of having everything nearby, as this accommodation is very well located in terms of supermarkets and restaurants, allowing you to enjoy the excellent gastronomic offer of the Costa del Sol, as well as good fish beach bars by the sea. It is also an ideal place if you want to use a bicycle as you can move around using the bike lane and reach different parts of the city or simply take a pleasant walk along the beach. On the other hand, it is very well connected by public transport, with bus and metro stops at a short distance, which allows you to be in the center of Malaga in just a few minutes.
Our apartment has an American kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, water kettle, washing machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils, a double bedroom, a full bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room, being able to accommodate up to 4 people with total comfort.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fiber optics, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol with your loved ones.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard check-in time is from 4:00 pm until 00:00h (midnight). If your arrival is after this time, consult with us!

Modern and cosy apartment very close to the centre of Málaga, a short 5-minute walk from the Misericordia beach and an excellent area with shops, pharmacy, local market and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy offered by the Costa del Sol. It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to go to the historic centre in just a few minutes as well as to other peripheral areas of the city. The airport is just 10 minutes by car and the bus and train station are only 1.5km away, and several transport lines pass just metres from the accommodation. This apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated in a New York style, carefully detailing various aspects that will make your stay a pleasant time. It has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful recently renovated bathroom with shower. Additionally, in the living room there is a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can be accommodated in the apartment, making it an ideal place for couples or small groups of friends. Its wonderful terrace provides lots of light and Málaga's good weather will allow you to enjoy a good breakfast or lunch outdoors.
