Stunning apartment in the historic centre of Málaga, a stone's throw from all cultural and gastronomic points of interest, being perfect for all those who want to spend a few days discovering the beautiful destination of the capital of the Costa del Sol.
Both the accommodation and its building have been very recently renovated, giving it an avant-garde touch while respecting the idiosyncrasy of the Malaga city.
Our home has 2 independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped American kitchen and a living room with views of the square. With your booking, we provide towels and bed linen well cared for and cleaned by industrial laundry, and the accommodation also has a washing machine, clothesline and iron.
Its furniture is completely new, decorated with sweetness and delicacy, seeking the comfort and well-being of the guest, also giving it a touch of freshness and modernity.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optics, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of Málaga Centro, telework, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.
Regarding the accommodation's air conditioning, it is entirely equipped with aerothermal technology that ensures an appropriate temperature in the home both in winter and summer.

Fair size of quiet separate bedroom with confortable bed and large wardrobe. What also matters and made our stay, was the warm, friendly, yet professional attitude on Salva and Javi side. Simple and fast process with clear, smooth communiocation from booking, hosting and until departure. Special thanks to Javier, who took perfect care of as despite of late arrival. Carlos met us at the apartment to checkin and was very friendly and hospitable. The location was great, we got the train from the airport to Malaga Centro and easily walked to the apartment from there. It was also an easy walk to the beach and to many bars and restaurants nearby.

Really impressive! In regards to the apartment, it is not only comfortable (You can sleep up to 4 people), air conditioned for the summer, with everything you need for a longshort stay, and impecable, but it is also in an unbelievable location. As we were walking into the building, we thought it was going to be crazy loud bc it's located in a busy street in the old town, BUT, it is conveniently located in the inside of a three building little complex and we couldn't hear a peep. This is really a plus plus when it comes to staying in the old city. The apartment is located at short walking distance to all the incredible MUST SEE Old City attractions like Churches, Cathedrals, Parks,Museums, Shoppes, Restaurants, Market, grocery stores, and, even at walking distance to the Malagueta Beach. As an Airbnb frequent traveler, I highly recommend this apartment. My family and I really give this a 5 star overall rating!
