Stunning apartment in the historic centre of Málaga, a stone's throw from all cultural and gastronomic points of interest, being perfect for all those who want to spend a few days discovering the beautiful destination of the capital of the Costa del Sol.
Both the accommodation and its building have been very recently renovated, giving it an avant-garde touch while respecting the idiosyncrasy of the Malaga city.
Our home has 2 independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped American kitchen and a living room with views of the square. With your booking, we provide towels and bed linen well cared for and cleaned by industrial laundry, and the accommodation also has a washing machine, clothesline and iron.
Its furniture is completely new, decorated with sweetness and delicacy, seeking the comfort and well-being of the guest, also giving it a touch of freshness and modernity.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optics, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of Málaga Centro, telework, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.
Regarding the accommodation's air conditioning, it is entirely equipped with aerothermal technology that ensures an appropriate temperature in the home both in winter and summer.
Another great added advantage is its private underground parking space within the same building, which will allow you the convenience and luxury of being able to enter and leave the centre of Málaga while always having your parking space available, included with your booking in our accommodation.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard check-in hours are from 4:00 pm until 00:00h (midnight). If your arrival is later than this time, consult with us!

Designed with the comfort of families in mind, this accommodation stands out for its functional layout, current and practical furniture, and for offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant, comfortable and hassle-free stay.
The apartment has two independent bedrooms:
- One with a wide double marriage bed of 160 cm,
- And another with two single beds of 90 cm, ideal for children.
Both bedrooms have windows overlooking an interior courtyard with no access, which ensures a calm and quiet environment for restorative rest.
All mattresses are of quality, spacious and comfortable, designed to ensure the best rest during your holidays.
It has a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped American kitchen: it has independent fridge and freezer, mini oven, vitroceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and all the necessary kitchenware.
In the room they will enjoy a very bright space thanks to its large door-window, and at the same time silent, less than 50 metres from the typical Plaza de la Merced.
Additionally, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron are included, as well as bed linen and towels of quality, treated in industrial laundry for optimal hygiene and freshness.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms and the living room, and has a 5G WIFI connection, which ensures the best coverage throughout your stay.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our usual check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. If your arrival is planned outside of those hours, do not hesitate to consult us to facilitate your access at any time.

Come and enjoy Málaga and our charming apartment in one of the best-connected areas of Málaga.
This apartment features a living-dining room where you can enjoy its good Smart TV, read a book, chat with your family and friends, or telework if needed, thanks to its good Wifi connection. It also has a complete kitchen with all kinds of small appliances for breakfast and where you can cook everything you need. Additionally, we have a washing machine and dishwasher that you can use at your convenience.
On the other hand, we have two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bathroom with a shower, making this apartment perfect for families with children, couples, or small groups of friends.
It is located in a residential area, near Avenida Velazquez where you can find numerous local shops, ice cream parlours, and cafes, with breakfast and a good Spanish gastronomic offer.
If your interest is to discover the centre of Málaga, you can easily do so by using the metro or bus, as you will find stops for both transports just a few steps away, which will allow you to move around the city without needing a car. However, if you are thinking of bringing your own car or renting one, you don't have to worry, we have a parking space reserved for this apartment that you can use throughout your stay.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
For arrivals after 00:00h (midnight), we apply a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who hands over the keys:

El piso está perfecto, muy limpio, moderno y céntrico. El parking está genial y nos vino muy bien, ya que sino habría sido imposible aparcar por la zona. Salva estuvo pendiente de todo y nos atendió genial.

The apartment is great and you get an authentic experience staying in the heart of Malaga. Staying central does lend itself to a loud environment and ear plugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper. Overall a great experience!

The windows are very well made and when closed, they reduced the noise considerably and personally this was not an issue for us. The communication I received from Carlos was excellent and he was very amenable and approachable. This certainly facilitated our stay. I would stay at this apartment again without hesitation.
