Great apartment in the historic center of Malaga, a step away from all the cultural and gastronomic points of interest, being perfect for all people who want to spend a few days discovering the beautiful destination of the capital of the Costa del Sol.
Both the accommodation and its building have been very recently renovated, giving it an avant-garde touch and at the same time, respecting the idiosyncrasy of the city of Malaga.
Our house has 2 independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living-dining room with views of the square. With your reservation, we put at your disposal towels and bedding well cared for and cleaned by industrial laundry, in addition the accommodation has a washing machine, clothesline and iron.
Its furniture is totally new, decorated with sweetness and delicacy, seeking the comfort of the guest, also giving it a touch of freshness and modernity.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fiber optics, so that you can share with yours your experiences in the beautiful destination of Malaga Centro, telework, download a movie, video chat or play your favorite video game online.
In relation to the air conditioning of the accommodation, this has in its entirety with the novelty of the aerothermal that allows that there is always an adequate temperature in the house both in winter and in summer.
Another great added advantage is its private underground parking space within the same building, which will allow you the comfort and luxury of entering and leaving the center of Malaga, always having at your disposal your parking space included with your reservation in our accommodation .

El piso está perfecto, muy limpio, moderno y céntrico. El parking está genial y nos vino muy bien, ya que sino habría sido imposible aparcar por la zona. Salva estuvo pendiente de todo y nos atendió genial.

The apartment is great and you get an authentic experience staying in the heart of Malaga. Staying central does lend itself to a loud environment and ear plugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper. Overall a great experience!

location of this apartment in the town of Malaga is just right for getting around on foot for the old town sites, bars, shops and beaches, perfect for 3/4 people, myself, wife and daughter got there on foot from Malaga central train station which too about 25 mins, there was a small issues with the cleaners being late to the apartment but Carlos was excellent with his communication and greeted us with a nice welcome as arranged, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Some noise from the square below could be heard from the main bedroom which I enjoyed - the sounds of life being lived, wonderful! The windows are very well made and when closed, they reduced the noise considerably and personally this was not an issue for us. The communication I received from Carlos was excellent and he was very amenable and approachable. This certainly facilitated our stay. I would stay at this apartment again without hesitation.

El apartamento es tal cuál como en las fotos! Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Además esta muy céntrico y justo en frente hay un supermercado. Si tuviera que poner una pega sería que al ser tan céntrico es a la vez algo ruidoso. Sosee more
