This charming two-bedroom apartment is located in a privileged location, a short distance from the historic centre of Málaga. It has been recently renovated and equipped, tastefully decorated with quality finishes, and includes everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It features a superb living room, carefully decorated, which includes a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed, allowing accommodation for up to 5 people. The decoration is modern and cosy, with attention to details that guarantee guest comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, and microwave. Additionally, it has a coffee maker and a wide selection of utensils and small appliances to make breakfast and meal preparation an easy and pleasant task.
The two bedrooms are bright and cosy. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The shower bathroom is comfortable and spacious. It is, without a doubt, an ideal apartment for couples, small groups of friends, or families with children.
The apartment is equipped with two Smart TVs (one in the living room and another in the main bedroom) and has high-speed WiFi, perfect for enjoying movies, sharing photos, or staying connected with family or friends. Additionally, the accommodation has a private parking space located in the building's ground floor, with easy access. Currently, the parking door can only be opened manually, with a key, which requires a minimum of force to open it.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If you arrive after midnight, we can receive you without problem, although we apply a small supplement for late check-in, which will be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:

Our home has capacity for six people, 2 bedrooms, with a double bed and bathroom with private bathtub, a bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed, a second bathroom with shower tray, a living-dining room with double sofa bed, fully equipped independent kitchen and a terrace with views of the Coastal Park.
A few steps away you can find supermarkets, hypermarkets, the QuirónSalud hospital in Málaga, the athletics stadium, the Inacua sports centre and the Martín Carpena stadium of Unicaja.
Its quiet streets allow you to walk without any problem, enjoy the wide gastronomic offer offered by the bars and restaurants in the area and make use of the bicycle, since nearby begins the bike lane with which you can go to the centre of Málaga, enjoying the entire seafront, to the University or along the Guadalhorce path, with which you can reach the vicinity of the Airport or Guadalmar.

Welcome to our exclusive two-bedroom attic with a private terrace, located in the Paz neighbourhood, opposite El Parque del Oeste, 10 minutes walking from the beach.
The apartment has been recently renovated, with every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant.
The apartment is located on the ninth floor, to access you take the lift to the eighth floor and then climb one flight of stairs to the apartment.
It features a 1.50m double bed, bathroom with shower tray, bedroom with two 90cm single beds. In the living room you will find a sofa, convertible into a double sofa bed, with Smart TV and an open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob.
