Come and enjoy Málaga and our charming apartment in one of the best-connected areas of Málaga.
This apartment features a living-dining room where you can enjoy its good Smart TV, read a book, chat with your family and friends, or telework if needed, thanks to its good Wifi connection. It also has a complete kitchen with all kinds of small appliances for breakfast and where you can cook everything you need. Additionally, we have a washing machine and dishwasher that you can use at your convenience.
On the other hand, we have two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bathroom with a shower, making this apartment perfect for families with children, couples, or small groups of friends.
It is located in a residential area, near Avenida Velazquez where you can find numerous local shops, ice cream parlours, and cafes, with breakfast and a good Spanish gastronomic offer.
If your interest is to discover the centre of Málaga, you can easily do so by using the metro or bus, as you will find stops for both transports just a few steps away, which will allow you to move around the city without needing a car. However, if you are thinking of bringing your own car or renting one, you don't have to worry, we have a parking space reserved for this apartment that you can use throughout your stay.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
For arrivals after 00:00h (midnight), we apply a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who hands over the keys:
- From 00:00h to 03:00h: €50
- From 03:00h onwards: €75

Modern and cosy apartment very close to the centre of Málaga, a short 5-minute walk from the Misericordia beach and an excellent area with shops, pharmacy, local market and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy offered by the Costa del Sol. It is an area with very good bus and metro connections that allow you to go to the historic centre in just a few minutes as well as to other peripheral areas of the city. The airport is just 10 minutes by car and the bus and train station are only 1.5km away, and several transport lines pass just metres from the accommodation. This apartment is fully renovated and equipped, decorated in a New York style, carefully detailing various aspects that will make your stay a pleasant time. It has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful recently renovated bathroom with shower. Additionally, in the living room there is a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can be accommodated in the apartment, making it an ideal place for couples or small groups of friends. Its wonderful terrace provides lots of light and Málaga's good weather will allow you to enjoy a good breakfast or lunch outdoors.
