The accommodation has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, ideal for ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The apartment has a spacious living room with air conditioning, Smart TV, reclining sofa, reclining relaxation armchair and a dining area perfect for enjoying with family or friends. The kitchen is spacious, independent and very complete, equipped with everything necessary for cooking during your stay. It also has an oven, dishwasher and tumble dryer, providing extra comfort for short or long stays.
One of the great attractions of this accommodation is its privileged views of the Huelin neighbourhood. From the property you can enjoy pleasant urban views, side views of the sea and even panoramic views towards the centre of Málaga, creating a bright and open feeling that makes your stay even more special.
The location is ideal for enjoying Málaga without needing a car. The apartment is very close to the emblematic Huelin Park and the traditional bar area of the neighbourhood, where you can enjoy well-known places such as Chupytira or Er Pichi de Cái Huelin, amongst other typical establishments in the area.
The connection with Málaga city centre is excellent, both by bus and metro, allowing you to reach the main points of interest in the city in very little time. Furthermore, the apartment is located less than one kilometre from the bus station and María Zambrano train station.
For your convenience, the reservation includes free a private parking space in an underground car park, located in a building very close to the apartment.
A few days before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 16:00 to 23:00.
We also accept arrivals after 00:00 (midnight) by applying a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who hands over the keys to you.

Welcome to our exclusive two-bedroom attic with a private terrace, located in the Paz neighbourhood, opposite El Parque del Oeste, 10 minutes walking from the beach.
The apartment has been recently renovated, with every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant.
The apartment is located on the ninth floor, to access you take the lift to the eighth floor and then climb one flight of stairs to the apartment.
It features a 1.50m double bed, bathroom with shower tray, bedroom with two 90cm single beds. In the living room you will find a sofa, convertible into a double sofa bed, with Smart TV and an open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob.
