Both the accommodation and its building have been very recently renovated, giving it an avant-garde touch while, at the same time, respecting the idiosyncrasies of the Malaga city.

Our accommodation has 2 independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped American kitchen and a living-dining room with views of the square. With your booking, we provide you with towels and bedding that is well-maintained and cleaned by an industrial laundry, and the accommodation also has a washing machine, clothesline, and iron.

Their furniture is completely new, decorated with sweetness and delicacy, seeking the comfort and well-being of the guest, also giving it a touch of freshness and modernity.

Nowadays, being connected to the network is fundamental, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of Málaga Centro, telework, download a film, video chat or play your favourite online video game.

Regarding the air conditioning of the accommodation, it fully features the novelty of aerothermal technology that ensures there is always an appropriate temperature in the dwelling both in winter and summer.

Another great added advantage is its private underground parking space within the same building, which will allow you the convenience and luxury of being able to enter and leave the centre of Málaga, always having your parking space at your disposal, included with your reservation in our accommodation.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you are going to use the apartment's car park, it is essential that you provide us in advance with your vehicle's registration number. This is due to the new current regulations of the Málaga City Council relating to the Low Emission Zone (ZBE). In the area where the car park is located, only vehicles with environmental label C, ECO or ZERO are permitted; the rest cannot access and may be sanctioned. Please note that access may be limited depending on the type of vehicle, and it is the guest's responsibility to check in advance whether their car can access the area.
