Located in one of the best connected areas of the city, it is perfect for enjoying the centre with total comfort. Just a couple of minutes' walk from the metro and very close to the main transport hubs, such as María Zambrano Station (AVE) and the commuter trains that easily connect with the popular beaches of Torremolinos and Fuengirola.
In just five minutes' walk you can reach the intercity bus station, the Historic Centre and the lively SOHO neighbourhood. Huelin beaches and Málaga Port are about ten minutes' walk away, and the famous La Malagueta beach is also a pleasant stroll away. All this without sacrificing tranquillity, as the apartment is located on a quiet street. Additionally, there is paid public parking very nearby.
The apartment features a bright and welcoming living room, carefully decorated, which integrates a dining area and a rest space with sofa and Smart TV. The decoration is modern and functional, with new furniture designed to offer maximum comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave. It also has a coffee maker, as well as a complete selection of utensils and small appliances that will make preparing breakfasts and meals easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine and dryer, located in a practical annex next to the kitchen.
The accommodation has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning/heating and fan, thus guaranteeing a comfortable stay at any time of year. The bathroom, completely renovated, features a spacious shower.
A few days before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 16:00 to 23:00.
For arrivals after 00:00 (midnight) we apply a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who hands over the keys:
- From 00:00h to 03:00h: 50 €
- From 03:00h onwards: 75 €

Welcome to our exclusive two-bedroom attic with a private terrace, located in the Paz neighbourhood, opposite El Parque del Oeste, 10 minutes walking from the beach.
The apartment has been recently renovated, with every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant.
The apartment is located on the ninth floor, to access you take the lift to the eighth floor and then climb one flight of stairs to the apartment.
It features a 1.50m double bed, bathroom with shower tray, bedroom with two 90cm single beds. In the living room you will find a sofa, convertible into a double sofa bed, with Smart TV and an open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob.
