Discover Malaga staying in this beautiful, newly renovated apartment. Located in the most privileged area to enjoy Malaga. A couple of minutes walk from the Metro, next to all kinds of communications; María Zambrano Station (AVE), commuter trains to go to the recommended beaches of Torremolinos and Fuengirola.
Five minutes from the intercity bus station, the Historic Center and SOHO, ten minutes walk to the beaches of Huelin and the Port of Malaga and a short walk from the famous Malagueta beach. It is also located on a very quiet and quiet street, with paid public parking very close.
It has a bright, carefully decorated and very cozy living room, which includes a dining area and a seating area with a sofa and Smart TV. The apartment is tastefully and modernly decorated, the furniture is new and has been placed with the guests' comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, including dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave. It also has a coffee maker and a wide selection of utensils and small appliances to make preparing breakfast and meals an easy and pleasant task and we have a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, installed in an annex to the kitchen.
The beds are distributed in three rooms, each with a double bed, clothes closet, air conditioning/heating and fan. It has a completely renovated bathroom with shower. With capacity for five people, it is, without a doubt, a perfect apartment for families, small groups of friends or couples.
