The space
The apartment has capacity for 5 people and is spacious, bright and unpretentious:
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both with built-in wardrobes so you can truly unpack your suitcase.
Lounge with extra bed: Flat-screen TV, dining area and an additional single bed.
Terrace: with direct access from the living room. For breakfast, reading an afternoon or simply doing nothing.

The kitchen is independent and complete: ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and washing machine. It doesn't matter if you come for two days or two weeks.
And a detail that is greatly appreciated when travelling in a group: there is a full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet. No more queues for the shower.

Why am I telling you this? Because here dogs are truly welcome. Casa Nico was born thinking also about travellers who do not want to leave their dog at home. It is not a "pets allowed" in small print. It is a "bring your furry friend, this is also their home", always with respect for the space and for future guests. And if you come without him, it's no problem. The house is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, without a trace. So that we can all be comfortable.
A 5 minutes' walk away, there is a beach where many neighbours take their dogs for a walk at dusk.

Enjoy pleasant holidays in this centrally located accommodation in Rincón de la Victoria. This is a cosy and elegant recently renovated apartment with all kinds of amenities and details. Accommodating up to 6 people, with the beach just 2 minutes walking distance and its private terrace make it an ideal place to discover this fantastic municipality of Costa del Sol or visit other nearby points of interest.
It features a bright living room with Smart TV connected to an open-plan kitchen with an island, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a charming interior terrace. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender and filter coffee machine. Its two bedrooms are tastefully decorated, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, the apartment has a sofa bed that can be easily opened for two more people to sleep. We also have an iron and clothesline for clothing.
On the other hand, the terrace/backyard is exclusively for guests and is accessed through the master bedroom. Undoubtedly a perfect place to disconnect by reading a book or enjoying a coffee peacefully.

Destacar la magnífica atención recibida por parte de Pilar, que nos facilitó mucho la llegada, estuvo en todo momento disponible para cualquier dificultad que nos pudiera surgir y fue muy eficiente para solucionar el único problemilla que tuvimos con la ducha. Agradecer a la propietaria que nos permitiera alojarnos con nuestra perrita, que no deja de ser un miembro más de nuestra familia. Ojalá esto se vaya convirtiendo en la norma y sean más los propietarios que admitan mascotas en sus alojamientos.
