The accommodation is located in the Nuevo Rincón urbanisation, a quiet and family-friendly area with an unbeatable location. It has its own underground parking space with no access problems for standard vehicles. It is on the second line from the beach, which allows you to enjoy it throughout the year, as well as take relaxing walks. Additionally, there are nearby supermarkets and restaurants.
This apartment is fully equipped, featuring an independent kitchen, utility room, terrace, lounge-diner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, the apartment has access to a seasonal communal swimming pool.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, which is why the apartment has its own WiFi Internet supplied with fibre optic.
For stays longer than one month, you will receive two sets of clean sheets, one bath towel per person and one hand towel per bathroom. Should you wish to have additional towels, these can be provided for an additional charge.
The cleaning service is not included in the accommodation. If you are interested in additional cleaning during your stay, you can also consult rates with our reception team.

Hello! I've just arrived at Win to Win Rentals.
My owners have just acquired me, they've carried out some renovations, and they've decorated me with great care. They hope that when you come to visit me, you'll enjoy me just as much as they do when they come, and that you'll feel at home. I'm in a village half an hour's drive from Málaga airport.
The best thing about me is my terrace, with wonderful sea views and plenty of space to share with friends and family. Oh, and the Mediterranean Sea is just a 5-minute walk away!
I have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. A garage space and plenty of parking in a small olive grove in front of the house. The kitchen is spacious and opens onto the living-dining room. I have a small garden at the front from which you can see the communal swimming pool. It's a small urbanisation, very well maintained and the people who live here are very peaceful and friendly.
My owners have made sure you won't lack anything during your stay. I think I can say that I'm a very complete house.
In this house, Wi-Fi is available in the common areas. Use the bedrooms for sleeping and the terrace for relaxing.
You'll find several restaurants, a large supermarket and Añoreta Golf Club within walking distance. There's a bus stop just a few minutes away to visit Málaga and the surrounding area.
Please note: This house does not accept pets and smoking is strictly prohibited.
A few days before your arrival we will get in touch with you to coordinate your check-in time. Our standard check-in time is from 16:00 to 00:00. If your arrival is expected after this time, we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance.
