The reservation will move to confirmed status once we have received your request, verified the reason for travel, signed the contract and received the corresponding deposit.
The accommodation is located in the Nuevo Rincón urbanisation, a quiet and family-friendly area with an unbeatable location. It has its own underground parking space with no access problems for standard vehicles. It is on the second line from the beach, which allows you to enjoy it throughout the year, as well as take relaxing walks. Additionally, there are nearby supermarkets and restaurants.
This apartment is fully equipped, featuring an independent kitchen, utility room, terrace, lounge-diner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, the apartment has access to a seasonal communal swimming pool.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, which is why the apartment has its own WiFi Internet supplied with fibre optic.
For stays longer than one month, you will receive two sets of clean sheets, one bath towel per person and one hand towel per bathroom. Should you wish to have additional towels, these can be provided for an additional charge.
The cleaning service is not included in the accommodation. If you are interested in additional cleaning during your stay, you can also consult rates with our reception team.

Our apartment features a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all kinds of kitchen utensils, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with 2 single beds each and independent bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating, fireplace and Smart TV are some of the fabulous amenities that will make your stay more comfortable. The highlight of this accommodation is its spectacular balcony with front sea views, its large glass door opens completely, allowing you to enjoy the views from the kitchen or living room next to the electric fireplace.
It is located in a residential community with several buildings, has a communal parking area within the complex and several exterior exits, both to the seafront promenade and the main road of Rincón de la Victoria. It has a communal swimming pool open during the summer season and beautiful gardens around, making the area a quiet and relaxed place, where you can enjoy the proximity to the sea with total absence of noise.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If your arrival is expected after midnight, we can receive you without any issues. However, we apply a supplement for late check-in, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:

This spacious and bright beachfront apartment is perfect for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Rincón de la Victoria, just 20 minutes from Málaga capital. The apartment has capacity for up to 6 people, making it ideal for families who want to enjoy the Mediterranean.
From your pleasant private terrace, you will be able to contemplate spectacular views of the beach and the coast of Rincón, a privileged space to relax, have breakfast in the sun or enjoy a dinner with the sound of waves in the background.
