This apartment is fully equipped, featuring an independent kitchen, laundry room, terrace, living-dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, the apartment has a seasonal swimming pool and free covered parking.
Its privileged location allows you to enjoy long walks on the beach, along the seafront promenade, and there is a supermarket in the vicinity.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol with your loved ones, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate your check-in time. Our standard check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. If your arrival is expected after these hours, we would appreciate you letting us know in advance.

Spacious and fabulous two-storey apartment in the Posada del Mar urbanisation, just at the foot between Cala del Moral and Rincón de la Victoria. Excellent location on the beachfront with a community swimming pool, open during the season, and a parking area.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity for 6 people, which includes a master bedroom with a double bed and television, and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
You will also have exclusive WIFI and Internet connection, enjoying the speed provided by fibre optic.
The building has a lift and a fully equipped kitchen.
It is ideal for families with children or couples looking for tranquillity, proximity to the beach, long walks and the convenience offered by the municipality of Rincón de la Victoria, close to supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
