If you make your booking through this website, it will initially be in a pre-booking status and will not be considered confirmed until you complete the validation process.

The reservation will move to confirmed status once we have received your request, verified the reason for travel, signed the contract and received the corresponding deposit.

The accommodation is located in the Nuevo Rincón urbanisation, a quiet and family-friendly area with an unbeatable location. It has its own underground parking space with no access problems for standard vehicles. It is on the second line from the beach, which allows you to enjoy it throughout the year, as well as take relaxing walks. Additionally, there are nearby supermarkets and restaurants.

This apartment is fully equipped, featuring an independent kitchen, utility room, terrace, lounge-diner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, the apartment has access to a seasonal communal swimming pool.

Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, which is why the apartment has its own WiFi Internet supplied with fibre optic.

It will be necessary to sign a rental contract as it is governed by urban rental law and to specify the reason for the stay. Additionally, a deposit of one month will be required, which will be returned at the end of the stay.

You will receive two sets of clean sheets, one bath towel per person and one hand towel per bathroom. Should you wish to have additional towels, these can be provided for an additional charge.

The cleaning service is not included in the accommodation. If you are interested in additional cleaning during your stay, you can also consult rates with our reception team.

The apartment has three bedrooms, all of them equipped with air conditioning and two single beds. One of the bedrooms also has a private bathroom with a shower, which provides an extra level of comfort.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

If your arrival is scheduled after midnight, we can receive you without any inconvenience. However, we apply a late check-in supplement, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:

- From 00:00 h to 03:00 h: 50 €
- From 03:00 h onwards: 75 €

To ensure an agile and smooth entry, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance whether your arrival will be within or outside the established schedule.

We also inform you that the accommodation does not have a private parking space, although you will find public parking areas in the surrounding area.
