Located in Rincón de la Victoria, a charming coastal municipality on the shores of the Mediterranean, the area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops where you can enjoy local gastronomy, Mediterranean atmosphere and the excellent climate of the Costa del Sol.
The property stands out for its spacious and bright living-dining room, with large windows that provide abundant natural light throughout the day, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It is equipped with a Smart TV, a comfortable chaise longue sofa and modern furniture, ideal for relaxing or enjoying in company.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and small appliances, designed to meet all your daily needs.
The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a single bed, as well as a full bathroom with shower. It features centralised air conditioning and heating, guaranteeing comfort at any time of year.
