Description
My owners have just acquired me, made some renovations, and decorated me with great care. They hope that when you come to visit me, you'll enjoy me just as they do when they come and feel right at home. I'm in a village half an hour by car from Málaga airport.
The best thing about me is my terrace, with wonderful sea views and a great space to share with friends and family. Oh, and the Mediterranean Sea is just a 5-minute walk away!
I have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. Garage parking and plenty of space to park in a small olive grove in front of the house. The kitchen is spacious and connects to the dining room. I have a small garden in front from which you can see the communal swimming pool. It's a small urbanisation, very well-maintained, and the people living here are very calm and friendly.
My owners have made sure you won't lack anything during your stay. I think I can say that I'm a very complete house.
In this house, Wi-Fi circulates through common areas. Use the rooms for sleeping and the terrace for relaxing.
You have several restaurants, a large supermarket and the Añoreta Golf Club within walking distance. There's a bus stop just minutes away to visit Málaga and surroundings.
And one last thing, please bring pets and avoid smoking.
A few days before your arrival, we'll contact you to coordinate check-in time. Our standard check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. If your arrival is expected after these hours, we'll appreciate you letting us know in advance.

Dear guest, we inform you that the region you are visiting is being hit by a severe water drought, which is why we CANNOT guarantee that the pool will be open on the indicated dates. Prices have been calculated considering the pool will be closed, so the inability to enjoy this service will not entitle you to any compensation. If on the day of your stay the pool is open, it will be an additional bonus you can enjoy. This drought affects all pools in southern Spain.

Modern and cosy beachfront apartment, tastefully decorated and renovated with all kinds of details, is ideal for enjoying fantastic holidays by the sea with family, taking advantage of the tranquillity and convenience of having everything nearby, as this accommodation, located in Rincón de la Victoria, is very well situated in terms of supermarkets and restaurants, with a bus stop at the door, which allows you to reach Málaga city centre in just 20 minutes. Our apartment features a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all kinds of kitchen utensils, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with 2 single beds each and independent bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating, fireplace and Smart TV are some of the fabulous amenities that will make your stay more comfortable. The highlight of this accommodation is its spectacular balcony with front sea views, its large glass door opens completely, allowing you to enjoy the views from the kitchen or living room next to the electric fireplace. It is located in a residential community with several buildings, has a communal parking area within the complex and several exterior exits, both to the seafront promenade and the main road of Rincón de la Victoria. It has a communal swimming pool open during the summer season and beautiful gardens around, making the area a quiet and relaxed place, where you can enjoy the proximity to the sea with total absence of noise.
