The apartment features a spacious and bright living/dining room, equipped with air conditioning for the hottest days. In the living room, guests can relax on a comfortable sofa whilst enjoying the Smart TV or connecting to high-speed fibre optic wifi. From the living room, there is access to a magnificent terrace with front-facing sea views, where you can have breakfast, lunch or simply contemplate the landscape and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking, including basic utensils, crockery and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster and kettle, perfect for preparing a full breakfast. There is also a washing machine for added convenience during longer stays.
The apartment has three cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms to guarantee maximum comfort. It is undoubtedly the perfect option for families or groups of friends, being able to accommodate up to 6 people.
Among the most outstanding services, the accommodation includes air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom, ceiling fans in the second bedroom, and high-quality wifi. The residential complex where it is located offers shared parking spaces (not numbered), subject to availability. In summer, parking can be more crowded, but in winter it is easy to find a space.
The private urbanisation has direct access to the beach and seafront promenade, where you can enjoy pleasant walks by the sea. During the summer season, guests will be able to enjoy a communal swimming pool. The location is ideal, with a Mercadona supermarket right opposite and a wide variety of local shops, restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area.
The swimming pool is open only during the summer season. Specifically this year 2026, it will be open from 13 June to 30 September. Consult us to find out more about opening times, as these differ depending on the date.
Access to the motorway is quick and easy, and there is also a bus stop at the door, facilitating public transport and connection with other points of interest in the region. This apartment is the perfect place to experience the essence of the Costa del Sol, surrounded by comfort, services and unparalleled sea views.

The AC was perfect in every room! Large kitchen well equipped. Good elevator also! We enjoyed this location very much because there are many good restaurants and shops on the beach near us and great for people watching on the boardwalk. This place is in Rincon De La Victoria next to Malaga and we preferred this much more than in Malaga. We rented bicycles and had a great time riding by the beach! We would love to come back to this exact apartment!

Conocemos Rincón de la Victoria de varias estancias (en otros pisos), pero era la primera vez que fuimos en noviembre, época algo más tranquila que mayo, mes en el que solíamos ir. El buen tiempo y la situación del apartamento al lado de los Acantilados y Túneles de El Cantal, nos proporcionaron unas grandes puestas de sol y unos paseos muy agradables. Una ventaja también fue tener enfrente un Mercadona y estar a dos pasos de El Kiko. El piso es amplio y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, que se describen en su anuncio. Las dos partes diferenciadas (un dormitorio en suite y otra puerta que separa los otros dos dormitorios con su propio baño, con el salón entre las dos partes) nos pareció ideal. Esperamos volver el próximo año
