Modern and cosy beachfront apartment, tastefully decorated and renovated with all kinds of details, is ideal for enjoying fantastic holidays by the sea with family, taking advantage of the tranquillity and convenience of having everything nearby, as this accommodation, located in Rincón de la Victoria, is very well situated in terms of supermarkets and restaurants, with a bus stop at the door, which allows you to reach Málaga city centre in just 20 minutes.
Our apartment features a fully equipped American kitchen, with coffee maker, kettle, juicer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all kinds of kitchen utensils, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with 2 single beds each and independent bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating, fireplace and Smart TV are some of the fabulous amenities that will make your stay more comfortable. The highlight of this accommodation is its spectacular balcony with front sea views, its large glass door opens completely, allowing you to enjoy the views from the kitchen or living room next to the electric fireplace.
It is located in a residential community with several buildings, has a communal parking area within the complex and several exterior exits, both to the seafront promenade and the main road of Rincón de la Victoria. It has a communal swimming pool open during the summer season and beautiful gardens around, making the area a quiet and relaxed place, where you can enjoy the proximity to the sea with total absence of noise.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If your arrival is expected after midnight, we can receive you without any issues. However, we apply a supplement for late check-in, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:
