Regarding its space and services, it is a modern and functional apartment designed to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay with free WiFi so you can always stay connected, private parking a great advantage for getting around without worries. Additionally, a cosy lounge with double sofa bed and Smart TV, open-plan American kitchen leading into the lounge fully equipped with everything you need for cooking or preparing breakfasts, a bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom with shower. But without doubt the great attraction of this apartment is its magnificent terrace with a small landscaped area, a perfect space to disconnect, read peacefully or enjoy an aperitif in the open air.

As for its location, it is situated in a very well-connected residential area which makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the charming nearby towns and cities. In the surroundings you will find supermarkets and local shops especially in the centre of Torre del Mar, along with a wide gastronomic offer with restaurants and beach bars where you can taste the best local dishes such as the famous sardine skewers, an extensive seafront promenade fantastic for enjoying a pleasant walk, practising some family sport or cycling through it with sea views.

It has a community swimming pool, open only during the summer season. Specifically, during 2026 it will remain open from 15 June to 15 September. Please note that opening hours may vary depending on the date. Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to know what time the swimming pool will be open during your stay.

Information and check-in schedule:
A few days before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the time for key handover in person. Our standard hours are from 16:00 to 23:00.

If your arrival is scheduled after midnight, we can receive you without any problems. However, we apply a late check-in supplement, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys to you:

🌙 From 03:00 onwards: £75

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance whether your arrival will be within or outside the established hours.
