Just a 5-minute walk away you will find the beach and promenade, where you can enjoy water sports and relaxing walks by the sea. With quick access to the commuter train you can easily explore the surrounding area, from the most iconic beaches to the urban centers of Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Malaga, with their famous museums and lively life.
It has a bright living room with Smart TV, washing machine and all kinds of small appliances for breakfast and kitchen, good quality WIFI connection, split-type air conditioning and heating, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere at any time of the year and a large terrace where you can enjoy a good book or an aperitif while enjoying the climate of Malaga.
In addition, it has a variety of facilities such as a swimming pool (in summer), a paddle tennis club, indoor soccer, a golf school and a pharmacy, as well as a nearby bus stop.
