Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, heating and Smart TV.

One of its greatest attractions is its beautiful terrace, where you can relax whilst enjoying impressive views of the sea and Puerto Marina. Furthermore, it is one of the sunniest apartments in the complex, which makes it an even more special space.

All apartments operate with air conditioning and heating from the building's central unit, so its operation (cooling or heating) is activated according to the season and in accordance with current regulations in hotel complexes. In this way, an adequate temperature is guaranteed throughout the year, optimising comfort and efficient energy use.
