It has capacity for up to 4 people, thanks to its comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The space is distributed in a cosy living room, a fully equipped American kitchen, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a modern, bright bathroom with shower.

Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, heating and Smart TV.

One of its greatest attractions is its beautiful terrace, where you can relax whilst enjoying impressive views of the sea and Puerto Marina. Furthermore, it is one of the sunniest apartments in the complex, which makes it an even more special space.

During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the excellent facilities of the Hotel Ocean House, which include an outdoor swimming pool, gym, cafeteria and direct beach access.

The apartment's air conditioning system is centralised and managed by the hotel. All apartments operate with air conditioning and heating from the building's central unit, so its operation (cooling or heating) is activated according to the season and in accordance with current regulations in hotel complexes. In this way, an adequate temperature is guaranteed throughout the year, optimising comfort and efficient energy use.

The location is ideal for those wishing to combine beach days with the comfort of a 4-star hotel, without sacrificing the privacy of an apartment with its own kitchen. Furthermore, it is just a few minutes' drive from Málaga's historic centre and its extensive cultural and tourist offerings. The nearest train station is only a 10-minute walk away, which makes it easy to move comfortably around the city and its surroundings.

A few days before your arrival we will get in touch to coordinate the check-in time. The standard schedule is from 16:00 to 00:00 (midnight). If your arrival is scheduled outside this time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This apartment is fully equipped, featuring an independent kitchen, terrace, lounge-diner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, the apartment has a seasonal swimming pool (from 2 June to 15 September 2026), and free covered parking.

Your privileged location allows you to enjoy long walks along the beach, along the seafront, as well as having a supermarket in the vicinity.

Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, which is why the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful Costa del Sol destination with your loved ones, download a film, video chat or play your favourite online video game.

A few days before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 16:00 to 23:00.

For arrivals after 00:00 (midnight) we apply a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who hands over the keys:

- From 00:00h to 03:00h: 50 €
- From 03:00h onwards: 75 €
