The Ocean House Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, gym, café, and direct access to the beach.

The apartment’s air conditioning system is centralized and managed by the hotel. All apartments operate with air conditioning and heating supplied from the building’s central unit, so their mode (cooling or heating) is activated according to the season and in compliance with the applicable regulations for hotel complexes. Therefore, at each time of the year, the recommended temperature is provided, ensuring comfort while optimizing energy efficiency.

Relax on our terrace and enjoy the stunning sea and Puerto Marina views, where you\'ll have the privilege of being in one of the sunniest rooms in the complex.

The Ocean House Hotel has a wide range of amenities, such as an outdoor swimming pool that is sometimes heated, a gym, a café, and direct access to the beach.

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am (midnight). If your arrival is after this time, please consult with us!

It is ideal for spending a few holiday days on the spectacular beaches of the municipality with family and/or friends.

This apartment is fully equipped, with an independent kitchen, terrace, living-dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, the apartment has a seasonal swimming pool (from May 23rd to September 15th, 2025), and free covered parking.

Its privileged location allows you to enjoy long walks on the beach, along the seafront promenade, as well as having a supermarket in the vicinity.

Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the check-in time. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

For arrivals after 00:00h (midnight) we apply a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who hands over the keys:

- From 00:00h to 03:00h: 50 €
- From 03:00h onwards: 75 €
