Description
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, distributed with a double bed, two single beds and another single bed, it has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, sofa, air conditioning, heating, allowing families and friends of up to 5 members to fully enjoy our accommodation, and if you bring a baby, don't worry, we can help you get a cot and a high chair.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fiber optics, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol, download a movie, video chat or play your favorite online video game.
Its privileged and quiet location not only allows you to disconnect on our terrace and take long walks along the shore or along the promenade, but you will also find within a few meters: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. If you come by car, do not miss the opportunity to visit the region of Andalusia, since the central location of Rincón de la Victoria allows you to visit the most famous sites in our region.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If your arrival is expected after midnight, we can receive you without any problems. However, we apply a supplement for late check-in, which must be paid in cash to the agent who delivers the keys:

The accommodation has been recently renovated, thinking about the comfort of the guest who will spend a few days or months in this lovely town on the Costa del Sol. Its kitchen is equipped with all essentials, microwave, oven, kettle, hob and washing machine, as well as cooking utensils. Its beds are new, distributed in a master bedroom with a 1.50-metre bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The accommodation has fibre optic internet, excellent for teleworking or enjoying online downloads. Its privileged and quiet location not only allows you to disconnect on our terrace and take long walks along the shore or promenade, but you will also find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy just a few metres away. If you come by car, do not miss the opportunity to visit the Andalusia region, as the central location of Rincón de la Victoria allows you to visit the most famous sites in our region. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate your check-in time. Our standard check-in hours are from 16:00 to 00:00. We stayed in this amazing penthouse as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers aged 16 & 19. The photos really don't do this accommodation justice it is of such high quality and super clean. Beds consist of 1 king, 2 singles, 1 single all very comfortable with extra bedding if needed. The only negative I can say is that the room with the single bed didn't have air conditioning and could get very hot but the rest of the apartment was super cool and comfortable. The terrace is where we spent most of our time just superb with views of both the mountains and the beach. Lovely covered area which was needed with comfortable table and chairs and 2 sun loungers, this place really is only 100 meters to the beach with a promenade full of restaurants to choose from. Our transfers to and from the airport where arranged with the owner and cost €70 each way. The area is really quiet full of older people and families and we felt super safe all the time. It was a bit quite for our 16 year old but we went to a waterpark and snorkeling which were both excellent. There is a little kiosk cafe right outside which opens early and it's lovely to sit theretake the food back to the apartment. There is also a small supermarket on the bottom floor. The pool is about 200 meters away and is a really nice pool never overly busy with built in seating around the whole pool area but no sun loungers. Aldi is 300 meters away also right beside the bus stop. Communication with the owner was excellent before and during our stay.
