Additional information: The property has a long-term tenant living on the upper floor, who needs to enter the courtyard to go up to their accommodation. However, the use of the courtyard is exclusive to guests, and the tenant only uses it as a passageway to access their accommodation through an independent staircase.

This beautiful house with vintage touches in the upper area of Pedregalejo, the quintessential coastal neighbourhood in Málaga, is the ideal place to spend your holidays! It is a large and bright house that has been recently renovated but still preserves certain details of the original house such as the floors and high ceilings. However, all the furniture is recent and both the kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated. Regarding the space, it is distributed in a hall/entrance area that leads to a beautiful living/dining room with views of the bay and the entire coast of Málaga through its large windows. On both sides of the living room are located the 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher/coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob and all kinds of kitchen utensils and small breakfast appliances. We also have a work area for those who need to telework and high-speed WiFi! It is a house designed for a total of 8 people, so it is ideal for groups of friends or families who want to discover the Costa del Sol and everything this city has to offer culturally and gastronomically, accompanied by an exceptional climate and the good quality of life for which this Andalusian city stands out! A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If your arrival is expected after midnight, we can receive you without any problems.
