Located in Rincón de la Victoria, one of the most appreciated destinations on the Costa del Sol for its family atmosphere, excellent gastronomy and its proximity to both the beach and the city of Málaga, this apartment is ideal for those seeking to combine rest and comfort with leisure and nature.

The house has capacity for up to 6 people and is distributed on a single floor (accessible by going down a flight of stairs from the main entrance). It has:

+ Private swimming pool for exclusive use by guests, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sun in total privacy.

+ Outdoor terrace equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, impromptu barbecues or long after-meal gatherings in good company.

+ Three bedrooms:

- Two with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom (visible in the photos).

- One with two single beds that can be joined as needed.

+ Two full bathrooms (one next to one of the bedrooms, as previously indicated).

+ Living room with sitting area, television and dining table.

+ American kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary for both short and long stays.

High-quality WiFi connection, ideal for both leisure and teleworking.

IMPORTANT: the apartment is located on the ground floor of a dwelling. On the upper floor, there is a professional office without public attention, totally independent and without shared access. Guests will enjoy total privacy during their stay, but without access to the upper floor for the reasons stated.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. In the event that a guest enters with a pet without prior authorization, the accommodation reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation and charge the guest for any damages caused, if applicable.

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

If your arrival is scheduled after midnight, we can receive you without any inconvenience. However, we apply a late check-in supplement, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:

🌙 From 03:00 h onwards: 75 €

To ensure an agile and smooth entry, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance whether your arrival will be within or outside the established schedule.
