Located in Rincón de la Victoria in the mythical Posada del Mar urbanisation, just 20 minutes by car from the centre of Málaga, this accommodation offers a practical and comfortable stay in a quiet and well-connected area.

The studio features a bright living room that serves as a rest area and main bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a high-quality double sofa bed, ideal for up to 4 people. Additionally, it has air conditioning, Smart TV and high-speed wifi via fibre optic to guarantee maximum comfort throughout your stay.

From the living room, you access a small but cosy private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, reading a good book or simply relaxing with the sea breeze in the background.

The kitchen area, although compact, is fully equipped with essential utensils, crockery and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle, designed so that you can prepare your meals with total comfort. It also has a washing machine, especially useful for longer stays.

The studio has a functional bathroom with a shower, towels and courtesy items for your greater comfort.

Among the additional services, air conditioning, high-quality wifi, and access to a community swimming pool during the summer season are included. The urbanisation offers shared parking spaces (unassigned), subject to availability. During peak season, there may be higher occupancy, although during the rest of the year it is easy to find a spot.

The location is excellent: right in front you will find a Mercadona supermarket, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and cafes just a few minutes walking. Access to the motorway is quick and direct, and there is also a bus stop on the same street, which facilitates excursions to Málaga and other nearby towns.

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

If your arrival is scheduled after midnight, we can receive you without any inconvenience. However, we apply a late check-in supplement, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:

✨ From 00:00 h to 03:00 h: 50 €
🌙 From 03:00 h onwards: 75 €

To ensure a smooth and unhindered entry, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance whether your arrival will be within or outside the established schedule.
