The establishment has a fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room and a third toilet. From this floor you can access the area where the recently built communal swimming pool is located.
The house has direct access to parking, with capacity for 2 car spaces.
Thanks to its communal swimming pool and its private terrace perfect for sunbathing, this accommodation is ideal for families and friends who want to enjoy the region's climate, where you can disconnect and enjoy your holidays.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol with your loved ones, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.

Esta muy cerca de la playa andando. La chica que nos hizo el checking muy amable y explico todo muy bien. Perfecto para vacaciones en familia o amigos. Nos dejaron entrar con una perrita y el garaje es una pasada. Volveremos sin duda, porque nos pillsee more

Nos dejaron entrar con una perrita y el garaje es una pasada. Volveremos sin duda, porque nos pillo un temporal de lluvia, frio y aire, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar del mar, ni de la barbacoa, ni jardín. Por suerte el salón es muy cómodo.
