Discover Malaga by staying in this beautiful recently renovated apartment. Located in the most privileged area to enjoy Malaga. A couple of minutes walking from the Metro, next to all kinds of communications; María Zambrano Station (AVE), local trains to go to the recommended beaches of Torremolinos and Fuengirola.
Five minutes from the Interurban Bus Station, the Historic Centre and SOHO, ten minutes walking to Huelin beaches and Malaga Port and a short walk from the famous Malagueta beach. Additionally, it is located on a very quiet and silent street, with a nearby paid public parking.
It features a bright living room, carefully decorated and very cosy, which includes a dining area and a living area with sofa and Smart TV. The apartment is tastefully and currently decorated, the furniture is new and has been placed thinking about guests' comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, including dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave. It also has a coffee maker and a wide selection of utensils and small appliances to make breakfast and meal preparation an easy and pleasant task, and we have a washer and dryer inside the apartment, installed in an annex to the kitchen.
The beds are distributed in three bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe for clothes, air conditioning/heating and fan. It has a completely renovated bathroom with shower. With capacity for five people, it is undoubtedly a perfect apartment for families, small groups of friends or couples.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate check-in time. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
For arrivals after 00:00h (midnight), we apply a late check-in supplement that must be paid in cash upon arrival to the agent who delivers the keys:
- From 00:00h to 03:00h: €50
- From 03:00h onwards: €75

Our home has capacity for six people, 2 bedrooms, with a double bed and bathroom with private bathtub, a bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed, a second bathroom with shower tray, a living-dining room with double sofa bed, fully equipped independent kitchen and a terrace with views of the Coastal Park.
A few steps away you can find supermarkets, hypermarkets, the QuirónSalud hospital in Málaga, the athletics stadium, the Inacua sports centre and the Martín Carpena stadium of Unicaja.
Its quiet streets allow you to walk without any problem, enjoy the wide gastronomic offer offered by the bars and restaurants in the area and make use of the bicycle, since nearby begins the bike lane with which you can go to the centre of Málaga, enjoying the entire seafront, to the University or along the Guadalhorce path, with which you can reach the vicinity of the Airport or Guadalmar.

Welcome to our exclusive two-bedroom attic with a private terrace, located in the Paz neighbourhood, opposite El Parque del Oeste, 10 minutes walking from the beach.
The apartment has been recently renovated, with every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant.
The apartment is located on the ninth floor, to access you take the lift to the eighth floor and then climb one flight of stairs to the apartment.
