It is ideal for spending a few days of holiday on the spectacular beaches of the municipality with family and/or friends.
This apartment is fully equipped, featuring an independent kitchen, utility room, terrace, lounge-diner, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Additionally, the apartment has a seasonal swimming pool and free covered parking.
Your privileged location allows you to enjoy long walks along the beach, along the seafront, as well as having a supermarket in the vicinity.
Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, which is why the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share your experiences in the beautiful Costa del Sol destination with your loved ones, download a film, video chat or play your favourite online video game.
A few days before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 16:00 to 23:00.
If your arrival is scheduled after midnight, we can receive you without any problems. However, we apply a late check-in supplement, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys to you:

🌙 From 03:00 onwards: £75
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance whether your arrival will be within or outside the established hours.
For stays longer than one month, you will receive two sets of clean sheets, one bath towel per person and one hand towel per bathroom. Should you wish to have additional towels, these can be provided for an additional charge.
The cleaning service is not included in the accommodation. If you are interested in additional cleaning during your stay, you can also consult rates with our reception team.

Enjoy pleasant holidays in this centrally located accommodation in Rincón de la Victoria. This is a cosy and elegant recently renovated apartment with all kinds of amenities and details. Accommodating up to 6 people, with the beach just 2 minutes walking distance and its private terrace make it an ideal place to discover this fantastic municipality of Costa del Sol or visit other nearby points of interest.
It features a bright living room with Smart TV connected to an open-plan kitchen with an island, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a charming interior terrace. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender and filter coffee machine. Its two bedrooms are tastefully decorated, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, the apartment has a sofa bed that can be easily opened for two more people to sleep. We also have an iron and clothesline for clothing.
