Beautiful and spacious fully equipped apartment with dream sea views. When our guests first arrive on our terrace, a wide smile spreads across their face and they say, "this is why I booked it".

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with one double bed and two single beds, it has a bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen, sofa bed, air conditioning, heating and parking in the same building, allowing families and friends of up to 6 members to fully enjoy our accommodation, and if you bring a baby, don't worry, we can help you get a cot and a high chair.

Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fibre optic, so you can share with your loved ones your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite online video game.

Its privileged and quiet location not only allows you to disconnect on our terrace and take long walks along the shore or the seafront promenade, but you will also find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy just a few metres away. If you come by car, don't miss the opportunity to visit the Andalusia region, as the central location of Rincón de la Victoria allows you to visit the most famous sites in our region.

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate your check-in time. Our standard check-in time is from 16:00 h to 00:00 h. If your arrival is expected after this time, we would appreciate you letting us know in advance.

The space

The apartment has capacity for 5 people and is spacious, bright and unpretentious:

Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both with built-in wardrobes so you can truly unpack your suitcase.

Lounge with extra bed: Flat-screen TV, dining area and an additional single bed.

Terrace: with direct access from the living room. For breakfast, reading an afternoon or simply doing nothing.

Kitchen and bathrooms

The kitchen is independent and complete: ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and washing machine. It doesn't matter if you come for two days or two weeks.

And a detail that is greatly appreciated when travelling in a group: there is a full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet. No more queues for the shower.

Nico House is not just any name. Nico is a little dog adopted from a shelter who puts on the same happy face when you arrive here as when you give him his favourite treat.

Why am I telling you this? Because here dogs are truly welcome. Casa Nico was born thinking also about travellers who do not want to leave their dog at home. It is not a "pets allowed" in small print. It is a "bring your furry friend, this is also their home", always with respect for the space and for future guests. And if you come without him, it's no problem. The house is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, without a trace. So that we can all be comfortable.

A 5 minutes' walk away, there is a beach where many neighbours take their dogs for a walk at dusk.

Nico loves making new friends, both two-legged and four-legged. So if you're up for it, we might even take a walk together on the beach. Can you imagine?

🚌 Bus: 3 minutes away. Málaga city and towns of the Axarquía well connected.

🛒 Supermarket: 230 metres (3 minutes). And a Carrefour Express at 10.

⛳ Golf: The Añoreta Resort, 1,500 metres away.

✈️ Málaga Airport: 31 km.

If you travel with your pets, this accommodation accepts them with a supplement per pet per day, with a maximum of two animals per booking.
