The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity for 6 people, which includes a master bedroom with a double bed and television, and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
You will also have exclusive WIFI and Internet connection, enjoying the speed provided by fibre optic.
The building has a lift, and you can park your car for free within the premises.
It is ideal for families with children or couples looking for tranquillity, proximity to the beach, long walks and the convenience offered by the municipality of Rincón de la Victoria, near supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the time of your in-person check-in. Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If your arrival is expected after midnight, we can receive you without any issues. However, we apply a supplement for late check-in, which must be paid in cash to the agent who hands over the keys:

Accommodating up to 6 people, with the beach just 2 minutes walking distance and its private terrace make it an ideal place to discover this fantastic municipality of Costa del Sol or visit other nearby points of interest. It features a bright living room with Smart TV connected to an open-plan kitchen with an island, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a charming interior terrace. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender and filter coffee machine. We had a lovely friendly welcome from Pilar despite our flight being two hours late. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. There is a great sea view from the balcony of the apartment. The taxi transfers arranged by see more

There is a great sea view from the balcony of the apartment. The taxi transfers arranged by Pilar with Antonio worked brilliantly, again despite the flight being late. The beach was lovely and quiet during our stay. Just a 2 minute walk to a great supermarket and the bus stop is outside the apartment. Highly recommend the apartment. Thank you Pilar, we hope to return soon!
